What if I lose my receipt?

In order to exchange or return parts, you will need your receipt. 

If you are a VIP Member, you can access digital copies of your receipts through your online portal (click here) or a Cashier can look it up for you at check-out. 

If you are not a VIP Club Member, you can sign-up online at https://www.pullapart.com/vip-club/ or in-store during your next visit.
