Starting in 2023, VIP Club Program Members now earn VIP Rewards - 3% store credit - on all qualifying retail purchases of used auto parts. When you make a qualifying retail purchase, you will see your VIP Rewards displayed on your purchase receipt. You can also check your VIP Rewards balance (as well as digital copies of your retail receipts) by logging into your VIP Club Membership account online.
If you are not earning VIP Rewards on your purchases, either your purchase does not qualify for VIP Rewards or you may have opted-out of text messaging or email for your primary contact method (the contact method you selected when signing up for your VIP Club account). You must be enrolled in text messaging or email for your preferred contact method to earn VIP Rewards on the VIP Club Membership Program. To update your contact preferences (and start earning VIP Rewards), please login to your account and update your notification preferences.
