If you are not able to login to your VIP Club Membership account online (or you forget your VIP Club password), you can reset your information using your VIPID membership number, name, phone number, or email. If you don't have a current VIP Rewards balance or other Store Credits, receipt history, or Notify Me inventory alerts setup in your account (that you are worried about losing), you also have the option to crease a new VIP Club Membership account.
